Tapioca Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg yolk
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 egg white
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. flavoring
Preparation
    In the top of a double boiler, mix egg yolk with some of milk.
    Add remaining milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt and tapioca. Cook 8 to 10 minutes over rapidly boiling water. Stir frequently.
