Pepperoni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Italian dressing (Wish-Bone)
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. rotini macaroni
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 c. frozen peas, thawed
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, cut in small cubes
    1/2 c. celery, cherry tomatoes
    1 pkg. pepperoni
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sliced ripe olives
Preparation
    Cook rotini; drain and rinse with cold water and drain again. Combine salad dressing and mustard and set aside.
    Combine pasta with all other ingredients.
    Pour dressing mixture over salad and toss.
    Top with Parmesan cheese if you wish.
    Chill before serving.
