Crunchy Deviled Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 large hard-cooked chopped eggs
1 large stalk chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 c. shoestring potatoes
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of ground marjoram
4 large lettuce leaves
2 medium tomatoes, wedged
1 large hard-cooked egg, sliced
Preparation

Toss chopped eggs, celery, onion, potatoes, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and marjoram.
Spoon salad onto lettuce leaves.
Add tomato wedges.
Garnish with egg slices.
