Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
    3 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, blend potatoes, egg yolks, salt, butter and milk. Add 1/3 cup brown sugar and walnuts. Fold in beaten egg whites (stiff but not dry). Arrange walnuts and some brown sugar on bottom of large casserole pan that has been well buttered. Spoon the potato mixture over this.
    Sprinkle some nuts and brown sugar on top of this mixture and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Serve hot.
