Orange Ambrosia Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large oranges, peeled and cut
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, sugar and orange rind and refrigerate 1 hour.
    In deep dish or bowl, place 1/3 of oranges and 1/3 coconut. Repeat layers.
    Top with dressing, then pecans.
