Chocolate Dipped Strawberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large strawberries with stems
    4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Be sure to wash your hands before starting.
    Wash and dry berries; set aside.
    Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over warm (not hot) water.
    Stir in oil.
    Dip berries in chocolate, then place on wax paper to cool.
    Do not refrigerate.
    They may be prepared early in the day, but will not keep overnight.
