Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    6 or 7 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. pared, chopped apples
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar gradually, beating after each egg.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Blend with sugar-egg mixture. Stir in vanilla.
    Add nuts and apples; stir well.
    Bake in a 9-inch square pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
