Warm Cherry Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 Tbsp. softened butter or margarine
1 (21 oz.) can cherry or light cherry pie filling
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Blend milk, eggs, biscuit mix, sugar, extract and margarine in blender 15 seconds, or beat on high speed of mixer 1 minute.
Pour into greased 10-inch pie pan or 11 x 7-inch baking pan.
Spoon cherry filling over the top.
Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Makes 8 servings.
