Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. each green pepper and crushed white crackers
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 bacon slices, cut in half
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients except bacon. Shape into loaf.
    Put bacon on top.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
