Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. Boston butt
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato paste
    2 cans English peas
    1 can tomatoes
    2 cans creamed corn
    2 c. potatoes, cut up
    2 c. catsup
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Boil pork until it falls apart.
    Brown ground beef.
    Saute onion and garlic.
    Mix meat, onion and garlic in pork broth.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Cook (simmer) for 1 hour.
