Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 cans chicken noodle soup
    1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation
    Fry onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic in oil until wilted or soft.
    Fry ground beef until brown; blend or mix 2 mixtures. Add cheese, cream of mushroom soup, chicken noodle soup, raw rice, salt and pepper.
    Mix thoroughly and pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover with bread crumbs, if desired.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
