Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt butter in a 2 to 3-quart frying pan or shallow baking dish.
    Whirl eggs for 1 minute in blender, gradually adding milk and flour.
    Pour batter into hot buttered pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve immediately with your choice of toppings:
    powdered sugar and lemon juice, honey, syrup, jams and jellies, fresh fruit or heated fruit.
