Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. applesauce
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    3 apples, peeled and diced
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar and cinnamon.
    Add applesauce, milk, oil, lemon juice, vanilla, butter and one egg. Mix well.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle with diced apples, sugar and cinnamon. Then bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until apples are soft and a toothpick comes out clean.
    Then eat it.
