Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. eating apples, chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Mix together sugar, oil and eggs.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Blend together in order given.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Batter will be stiff.
