Corn And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 green pepper, diced
1 large onion, diced
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1/2 c. milk
1 c. raw rice, cooked
1 stick oleo
1 egg
Preparation
-
Fry pepper and onion in oleo until tender; do not brown. Cook rice until tender. Add corn, onion and pepper; mix in milk and egg, then cheese. Bake in casserole until bubbly at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
