Ingredients

2 Tbsp. tarragon or cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. dried tarragon (or 1 Tbsp. fresh)
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (optional)
Preparation

Mix ingredients until well blended.
Put spoonful of sauce on top of cooked fish.
