Marinated Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. fresh dill, chopped or 1 tsp. dried dill
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. potatoes
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Cook and cube potatoes. Chop onion.
    Toss all together.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours.
