Lemon Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. lemon extract
4 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
yellow food color
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Beat egg yolks (save whites) on high until pale and thick.
Add 1/4 cup sugar gradually.
Stir in oil and lemon extract.
Set aside.
Beat whites until foamy.
Add 1/2 cup sugar gradually until stiff.
Fold in yolk mixture.
In separate bowl, combine flour, salt and baking powder.
Add to mixture.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Roll cake up and cool.
