Plum Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Mazola oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
3 large eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
2 small jars Gerber baby food plums
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Grease and flour 1 Bundt or tube pan.
In mixing bowl, combine oil and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time; beat well.
Sift the flour and spices together; set aside.
Add plums to egg mixture.
Fold in the flour and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let cake cool for 1/2 hour and pour glaze on top.
