Gourmet Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef or chicken
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. wine vinegar
1 Hershey bar
1 large clove garlic, crushed
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
Preparation

In large kettle over medium heat, cook beef until crumbly. Add onion and pepper; saute until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, water, tomato paste, chili powder, salt, coriander, thyme, oregano, wine vinegar, chocolate and garlic.
Simmer 2 hours or until thickened.
Add beans; cook 15 minutes longer.
