Crazy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
1 c. coffee (use instant coffee and make liquid as you would for a cup of coffee)

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients right into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Do not grease pan.
Smooth out dry ingredients.
Make 3 holes.
Put 2/3 cup cooking oil in one hole.
In second hole put 2 tablespoons vinegar.
The last hole put 2 teaspoons vanilla.
Put one cup water and one cup coffee (liquid) over this and beat with a fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
