Theresa Keen'S Baked Trout Or Bass - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fish (4 to 8 lb.)
1 green pepper
2 cans tomato soup
1 onion
1 slice breakfast bacon or white bacon
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut fish crosswise, about 3 inches apart, on each side.
Chop onions in small pieces and also green pepper.
Place onion and pepper in each slide made in fish.
Place 1 tablespoon of green pepper and onion inside fish.
Pour the tomato soup over the fish that has been placed on greased pan and lay bacon lengthwise of fish.
Place in preheated oven at about 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 and bake for about 45 minutes or until tender and slightly brown.
