Baked Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. oleo, softened
1 egg
2 c. unpeeled shredded apples (2 or 3 medium)
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease an 8-inch square pan. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Stir in apples, flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Pour into pan. Bake 45 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or Vanilla Sauce.
