Homemade Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    buttermilk (enough to make dough sticky)
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients.
    Roll and cut out dough on a floured cloth.
    Grease pans with oil.
    Dip both sides of biscuits in oiled pan.
    Place in pan (sides touching) and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Move oven rack up 1 step so the bottom of the biscuits will not overbake.
    Makes 20 biscuits.
