Hot Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour (White Lily plain)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 large egg
    2 pkg. yeast (dry)
    1/2 c. warm water (put yeast in warm water)
    3/4 c. scalded milk (sweet milk)
Preparation
    Add sugar and salt to milk while hot.
    Add all liquids together and add flour and milk real good.
    Let raise until double and then punch down; roll out about 1/2-inch thick.
    Let raise again.
    Cover with dish towel until ready to bake.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown and then butter the top.
