Ground Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, shredded
    1 large onion, diced
    1 large bell pepper, diced
    4 strips bacon
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain off excess fat.
    Add onion, bell pepper and bacon cut into pieces.
    Cook until slightly tender.
    Add the remaining ingredients with the cabbage last and cook for 20 minutes over medium to low heat or until cabbage is semi-tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Serve over rice.
