Mexicana Brunch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 (8 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat well at medium speed of an electric mixer.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into a well-greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake about 20 minutes or until set.
    Cut into wedges to serve.
