Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. or 2 1/2 c. sauerkraut
1 c. pimentos
1 c. diced celery
1 large onion
1 green pepper
Preparation
-
Mix oil, water, vinegar and sugar.
Heat.
Let stand until cool.
Drain kraut; add pimento, celery, onion and green pepper. Mix all together.
