Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rolled oats (not instant)
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. wheat bran
    1/3 c. raisins
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. safflower oil
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Assemble all ingredients and utensils.
    In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
    In another bowl, mix liquid ingredients.
    Then stir together just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Spoon batter into muffin tins which have been sprayed with a low calorie nonstick coating spray.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Calories 100, sodium 103 mg., carbohydrate 17 grams, fat 2 grams.
