Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped fine
    8 crackers, rolled
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 pimento, chopped (optional)
    1/4 c. washed rice
    1 garlic, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper
    1 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Mix together; shape into balls.
    Lay in greased baking dish. Pour Ragu sauce over all or 1 cup mushroom soup and 1 cup tomato paste.
    Bake for 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
