Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (20 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. rolled cracker crumbs
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 small jar chopped pimiento (optional)
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Pour in greased casserole dish.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle top with 1/2 to 1 cup of grated cheese and leave in oven just long enough to melt, but don't brown the cheese.
