Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    2 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large pot and cook over medium heat until tender, then add mixture of 4 tablespoons flour and 3 cups of milk (shaken or mixed together) and 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes.
    Continue to simmer over low heat until the cheese is melted and add salt and pepper to taste.
