Scalloped Potatoes Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium size potatoes, sliced
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, minced
2 tsp. salt
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Alternate layers of potatoes, green pepper and onion in oiled casserole.
Season each layer with salt and pepper.
Mix soup with milk.
Pour over the potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are easily pierced with fork.
