Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. or more cheese
1 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 c. Crisco plus 2 heaping Tbsp. Crisco
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Blend flour and Crisco.
Stir in cheese. Mix mustard and soda into buttermilk.
Stir buttermilk into flour mixture.
Roll out biscuits. Place on greased pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes.
