Calabacitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 zucchini, rinsed and sliced
    1 large can diced green chilies
    1 can whole kernel corn with liquid
    1/2 brick Kraft American cheese (blue box), grated
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, green chilies, corn and liquid in saucepan. Bring to boil.
    When zucchini is tender, drain liquid.
    Add grated cheese.
    Cover and let cheese melt.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Serve as a side dish to meat, tacos, use your imagination.
