Baked Orzo Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked orzo
    1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. diced red bell pepper
    1/3 c. canned diced chiles
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Combine pasta, Jack cheese and chiles on dish.
    Spread sour cream on top.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
