Fried Rice #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. salad oil or bacon fat
    1/2 c. ham or leftover meat, diced
    1/2 c. vegetables (carrots, green beans, bamboo shoots, etc.), diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. green onion, chopped
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add meats and vegetables.
    Fry until vegetables are cooked.
    Add salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce; cook 1 minute.
    Add eggs.
    Stir in rice.
    Cook until done.
    Add green onion.
