German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. peeled, thin-sliced apples
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in order; mix well.
Stir dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture.
Add apples. Batter will be quite stiff.
Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
