One Pot Country Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3 lb. fryer
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    1 large sliced onion
    1 large sliced pepper
    4 medium peeled, sliced potatoes
    1 beef bouillon dissolved in 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with paprika, let stand for 5 minutes.
    Saute onion and pepper in skillet.
    Arrange potatoes in single layer over sauteed veggies. Salt and pepper.
    Arrange chicken over potatoes and pour dissolved bouillon over.
    Cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle peas around chicken.
    Cover and simmer until chicken and peas are done.
