Mother'S Irish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. softened butter or margarine
3 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk (scant measure)
1 c. raisins
1 egg
3 tsp. caraway seeds
Preparation
-
Combine ingredients in order of listing.
Bake in greased and floured iron frying pan.
Brush top with milk when removed from oven to keep soft.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, then 350\u00b0 oven until baked.
