Rosemary Roasted Chicken With Potatoes And Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, quartered
    2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    1 1/2 lb. quartered new potatoes
    1 lb. asparagus (fresh)
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. rosemary leaves
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a bowl toss chicken, garlic, onions and potatoes with oil and rosemary.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Put into roasting pan.
    Roast in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Lower oven to 350\u00b0 and roast 20 minutes more.
