Sarma With Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    1/3 c. rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped celery leaves
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook rice and mix together all of the ingredients.
    Take one head of cabbage and peel off leaves.
    Make a ball of the meat mixture and wrap the cabbage leaves around it.
    Place cabbage in a pot.
    Then add water until it just covers the cabbage.
    Stew 2 medium sized tomatoes and add to the water.
    Bring to low boil and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
    Mix 2 tablespoons flour with 1 cup water by putting into a closed jar and shaking.
    Add to the pot and cook 30 minutes longer or until cabbage is tender.
