French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 pieces white or Italian bread, sliced
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    dash of nutmeg or cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk together, then add spices.
    Heat oil in a skillet.
    Dip each side of the bread into the egg mixture, one slice at a time. Fry until golden; flip and fry the other side until golden.
