Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3 c. oats
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream shortening, brown sugar and white sugar. Mix in egg, vanilla and water. Sift dry ingredients together (flour, salt and soda) and add to creamed mixture. Fold in oats, pecans and raisins. Drop by teaspoon and bake until golden brown.
