Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. oil
3 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar and oil.
In a separate bowl add all the other ingredients except the walnuts and chocolate chips.
Slowly blend in with the egg mixture.
Add walnuts and chocolate chips. Grease cake pan and pour into a 9 x 13-inch loaf cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan to finish cooling.
