Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium boiled potatoes, cut in small pieces
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 carton (1 c.) sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted (Campbell's)
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Place potatoes in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix 1/2 of the cheese, sour cream, chicken soup, oleo and onion.
    Pour over the potatoes and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Don't overcook. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
