Carob Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. unbleached white flour
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. carob flour
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. apple juice concentrate
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. milk (try soy milk)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Oil 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    In another bowl, combine liquid ingredients.
    Pour liquid ingredients into dry and stir.
    Pour into cake pan and bake 40 to 45 minutes.
