Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. browned and drained hamburger meat
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
    tortillas
    enchilada sauce (prepare as directed)
Preparation
    Season hamburger with salt, pepper and garlic.
    Brown and drain completely.
    Soften tortillas in hot oil.
    Place 1 to 2 tablespoons meat in center with 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
    Roll up and place in baking pan.
    When all are done, cover with sauce, then top with cheese and sprinkle with onions.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes until bubbles.
