Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated potatoes
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
Preparation
    Mix together; blend well.
    Preheat frying pan and melt enough bacon drippings to cover lightly the bottom of the pan.
    Two tablespoons mixture makes a nice size pancake.
    Cook over medium heat until golden brown.
