Stuffing (Apple Raisin) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    7 c. soft bread, cut up
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 chopped garlic clove (optional)
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 melted butter
    3 c. diced apple
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Place raisins in boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain and add soft bread.
    Saute 3 minutes.
    Add onion, garlic and celery in butter.
    Add to bread mixture with apple, parsley, salt and paprika.
